# of years post college education:

7 and counting- really, I just can’t get enough. It keeps me connected, thinking and alive.

What I’m studying now besides nutrition:

Psychoenegetics- I’m 2 years though a 5 year training program

Group facilitation through the Hero’s Journey Foundation

Favorite junk food:

Cheesy orange powder- chips and mac and cheese. I know this is a bad thing for me, and yet it just tastes good.

If I’m going to splurge on something junky:

Nachos with the works

Favorite way to spend a day alone:

Yoga, Pure Barre, walk with Lulu the dog, reading, napping and a nice long bath with awesome snacks, fresh green juices and meals.

Favorite way to spend a day with others:

Waking up with my man, coffee and reading in bed, exercise of some variety, time with my/his children, walk with Lulu, and some form of lounging- preferably in the sun, and of course- a great meal together prepared and shared together with a glass of wine and lots of conversation.

My favorite vacation:

Beach and Hammock

Most exhilarating season:

Fall- love the crispness after a long, hot, sticky summer

Best “have to do” exercise:

Shoveling snow – outside

Vacuuming- inside

Thing I’ve been the most mentally challenged by in the last 3 years:

Becoming a Pure Barre teacher

Thing I’ve been the most emotionally challenged by in the last 3 years:

Going through a divorce with the intention for the highest healing for all parties

Thing that’s been the most healing for me as a whole person in the last 3 years:

Learning the new skills required and implementing the discipline to create the opportunity to share what I love and help other people on a much bigger scale while developing the capacity to support myself.

Thing that’s been the most fun in the last 3 years:

The excitement, awkwardness, exhilaration and fun of falling in love again in my 40’s.

Things I love that I am shy about sharing:

My playlist on my ipod, how much I really like to nap, the deep and primal love I feel for my children(now that they are teens, I try to play it cool),  my silly/goofy/girlie side, my inner scientist that likes to look at bugs and discuss poop, asking for help.

Best way to eat chocolate:

Dark with sea salt

Places I would most like to visit in the next 10 years:

Greece, Thailand, Bali, Spain, France, Holland
