Sometimes, okay most of the time, we all need a bit of motivation. A long day at work, stress at home, pretty much anything can make us feel lethargic and make the decision to hit gym class that much harder. Personally, reading quotes like this gives me a positive mindset before my workout that helps me push myself and make sure I stay in the game.
