From the last tip in this series, you may recall that the first thing to get really good at is ACCEPTANCE. The radical act of accepting that your choices shape your life experience.
#2 is NEW CHOICES.
From that acceptance, you begin to make space to make some different choices for yourself.
It can radically change the trajectory of your life from this moment forward.
To take our examples from last week:
If you feel you live in a negative world, accept that you may be part of that negativity.
To add to that, you could decide to become a positive person. BE the positivity in your life and see how the world looks through that lens.
If the habit is to see what is wrong in the world, develop the capacity right next to it to look again and see what is happening just right in the world. It’s pretty great when you look.
Often times next to things that feel pretty bad, there will be something that lights you up and connects you to what is good. Practice seeing both.
Do your relationships feel demanding, demeaning or unfulfilling?
See if you can accept that you are maintaining and investing in relationships that don’t feel good to you. Keep in mind that people treat you how you allow them to treat you.
You can make the choice to show up differently if you don’t like how it’s working out and see what happens.
Do you feel uncomfortable in your body?
Yep. Practice accepting that this is the body that your choices have created.
What is it that you desire for yourself, and what are the different choices you would need to make to start heading in that direction?
The choices don’t have to be overhaul kinds of choices- they can be small ones that begin to change the trajectory one micro-step at a time. Over time these changes create completely different body realities.
I’d love to know if this is supportive for you.

PS. If you have been wanting to work with me 1:1, I want to let you know that I have one spot opening up for the right person in February and one in March. After that, I won’t be available to take any new 1:1’s for a couple of months. Reach out to my team if you’re interested.
With my love,
