Recently, I saw some art that moved me.

It’s a message I think to myself all the time, and do my best to offer when I’m teaching and working with clients.

This picture says 1,000 words.

Artist: Susan McCulley (if you don’t know her yet, follow at www.susanmcculley.com and instagram.com/susanjmcculley) She is a ray of clarity and humanity. I love her to pieces.

I wonder for a moment, and invite you to wonder with me:

Are you making choices today while thinking of the future you embracing you with love and gratitude?

When the past is running me, or I am bored, bothered or in general not present, this is not how the transaction typically looks.

It’s in the times of not being present when the not so great choices creep in by default. Sometimes by convenience, other times because I really just don’t want to be bothered.

How would it feel as a practice to join me for the next week in making choices based on what the future you would like to have for herself?

Perhaps even take a journal page and write some notes about how you see yourself in 10 years. And then work backwards to the choices that you can make *now* for that vision to become your reality.

Would you take a quick moment and let me know? I’d love to be holding it with you.

What is your vision for yourself in 2 months, 1 year, 5 years?

Hit reply and let me know.

With my love,
